Jeremiah 17:7-8:
Blessed is the man who hopes in the Lord and whose hope is the Lord. He will be like a tree that is planted by the water.

The Bible is the Book of books

Acts 17:11 "... They (the listeners in Beroea) received the Word with great eagerness and searched the Scriptures every day to see if all these things were really so. Many of them then believed..."

Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

The quoted Bible verse describes the situation when Paul came to a city called Beroea. He spoke about God's Word, and the Bible shows the Beroean listeners as an example to everyone, who did not just "thoughtlessly" accept Paul's speech, but examined the Scriptures to see if what Paul said was not in contradiction. After they found that Paul's words were in harmony with the Scriptures that they believed.
